No word about viruses as a cause or at least trigger, no word about the much better "International Consensus Criteria for Myalgic Encephalomyelitis".
They focus in psychiatric stuff.

It is important to be aware that NICE guidelines do not consider GET or CBT to be curative. Some patients do recover fully whilst others prefer to talk about achieving a 'new normal'.

This trial shows that approaches aimed at staying within limits imposed by the illness are less effective than those that test or extend such limits.

But at least:
Severe CFS/ME
About 20-25% people with CFS/ME are severely affected. These patients should be referred to specialist services.
Now there must be only enough specialists left...
