[Homocysteine, uric acid and nitric oxide]

You didn't watch the videos I linked, did you? :)

Uric acid reduces NO levels: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/18696365
Homocysteine does it as well: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/10997917

Reduced NO affects the function of the white blood cells, impairing the immune system. (It also drives high blood pressure and artherosclerosis.)
Uric acid drives inflammation, inflammation drives ME/CFS.
Hence, ME/CFS patients should make sure they have low homocysteine and uric acid values. Below normal homocysteine is good though (I have them too because I take lots of B12).

Watch the linked videos from Gary Fettke and Robert Lustig to get more information. They explain it really well.

Yes, I'm a little not attentive;)
Yes, I thought you would give an answer why, for example, with multiple sclerosis, homocysteine is lowered.
I have lower than normal and homocysteine and uric acid.

I'm not a doctor, and I'm afraid I haven't looked much into homocysteine. All I know is that high levels are detrimental while levels below normal don't seem to be associated with any problems.
