I'm not surprised by a connection between immune activation and 'pain and fatigue'. My ME symptoms reliably increased during viral infections (the few that I had). I never noticed any hypermobility issues though.

Hypermobility is definitely part of most people's experience. Often tho , I believe these are internal or unseen features.
