Lactated ringers?

Does anyone here get lactated ringers or saline IVs on a regular basis as a treatment? If so, what is the regime you follow? Do you think it helps?

I've been getting lactated ringers once a week. I usually get around 400-500ML, the bag is warmed and they run it slowly. I think it helps a bit, improves my energy by about 10% and allows me to function a little more. It greatly reduces the POTS symptoms, like tachycardia.

I've been tested for vasopressin and the levels are "undetectable", so maybe that's why it helps?
