Bile acid in stool

After my last test they have found bile acid in my stool. I researched this a bit and found a condition named BAM (bile acid malabsoption). Does bile acid in the stool automatically mean that I am affected by BAM? Does that have to be treated? Is it common with SIBO and leaky gut? Will a treatment may be helpful regarding CFS symptoms? I have pretty liquid stool every morning (not full diarrhea though).

Many thanks in advance!
