Restore your own pheromones & expell pathogens - could there be truth in this?

Are we overrun by the parasitic pheromones (from bacteria, helminths, mites etc.) ?

Their communiction and replication may depend on their own pheromones.
Perhaps without them their lifecycle is interruped, they may be knocked out?

Is their unhindered signalling the reason for (hyper)infection, recurrent infections?

This could explain
- differences in sexes
- differences during seasons
... ?
