The Real ME: A Stock Photography Resource for the Media
We’ve all seen them in the news stories about ME/CFS: the guy in a suit at the office, yawning; the beautiful woman sitting at her desk with her immaculate make-up and elegantly coiffed hair, hand to her head and looking slightly pained.

I am looking for yoga instruction videos. If you use or know of any that are easy enough for people with CFS to do, please post links to them here. Either free or paid is fine. Preferably good video quality and good quality instruction. Thanks.

I came across these videos on youtube:

These are short yoga workouts (about 5-6 minutes) called "Yoga in bed". I think they are meant for people to do in bed on waking but perhaps they would be safe for ME patients who are strong enough to sit up, to help with gentle stretching?

Please be careful if following these - some yoga stretches may look deceptively simple but can be actually very demanding for ME patients!
