@alice111 I started supplementing with this kind of methylfolate when I got to know about my MTHFR mutation. I think it is a good product to start with as 1 drop= 67 mcg. That makes it easy to increase the dose slowly.

I am very sceptic to Freddds protocol with all the details to follow although most of the substances he uses are studied scientifically and/or known to be beneficial to many PWME. If you are going to add methylfolate methylmate B should be as good as any methylfolate, if it doesn´t contain additives that you are sensitive to. Best of luck!
