well for the mb12 magnesium and zinc in excess.
If I look at the mirror at that moment my face looks like that:ill: my lips take the same form.and the rest of my face shows the painful.
-There is a moment when I want to remove the mb12,If I continue much longer, I become very tired unable to focus,as if someone was .robbing the few intelligence that remains on me.
The first tme I tried the protocol (with the bad carnitine for me LCF) and continued the mb12 for several days my short-term memory worsened also.
-For the magnesium and zinc it's like if that made me ill and unable to focus also.

If I Take calcium, it makes me lose mobility, and dexterity, but I feel less the pain on my body. Also:
On that context Mb12 become helpful it restores, some mobility and dexterity on the body and specially on hands,
On that context zinc and magnesium become helpful too like if it restored some sensibility, awareness of my body.
But I think all the three made me lose too the only good point of the calcium, the muscular strenght that it gives.

So I think I can have the same good results of mb12 mg zinc just avoiding calcium.
But then no more muscular strenght.

Thanks,for your time

Also I have taken 60mg zinc today and it's increasing the mobility and the awareness of my arms hands and fingers.
Usually the zinc become "harmful" 3-4 days after discontinuing calcium, when there is no more tension, and losse of mobility caused by the calcium..
For the moment it remains helpful.

I did methylation support for about 4 years. ...I thought it was the answer.. but four years later I quit...I have just figured out I need BH4 and lithium...

I was sucking down large amounts of hydroxocobalamin for YEARS. Turns out when I take lithium (needed for B12 transport) even a little hydroxocobalamin causes serious detox.

As you may know, dr amy yasko is now saying lithium "has to be in balance" before you start using methylcobalamin and 5 L Methyl Tetrahydrofolate..

Boom. I'm sure this doesn't apply to everyone....but I needed to fix something else before I could go after b12 and folate.

Guess I just figured out which subset I belong to.

Great info. How do you take that BH4? Or do you take cofactors? I think I pretty much need BH4 because of genes and because aluminum poisoning started my CFS, in a nutshell, and aluminum is explained by Yasko as one big obstacle for normal BH4 levels.
