Always had low blood pressure , like 90's or 80s. Lately it's been rising . Today at the dr it was 124. I'm wondering if the valcyte can do this or is it something else?

Mine used to be around 89/49 but now it is higher over 100/mid 50's to mid 60's and upto mid 120's/mid 70's at times.

Have you asked your doctor why it might have risen? Your dr would be able to check out the side effects of the medication and work out whether it might affect your BP.

Must have missed it when I looked up valcyte side effects.
Although it was rising some even before starting the valcyte; I mentioned it to the dr when it started going up she wasn't sure why.
