Hey everyone, been trying to share more of my videos here lately. This is a great one that a lot of people IRL ask me about. "Why don't you just take a multivitamin?" Well, here's my response to that...hopefully it helps some of the newer folks, as I feel this is a pretty common opinion around here. I know that some of the higher quality, more specific multis have helped a lot of people too, but I feel it's important to remember that they're not for everyone. In a nutshell, you're trying to throw a blanket over everything all at once - potentially creating more problems than you started with. I can say that several multis have made me very irritable, and I still don't know the specific ingredient that caused it! Anyways, here goes...hope you enjoy!
