There are certainly plenty of questionable recommendations out there! I found the news about mast cells and FM very interesting. I've been taking 5 different allergy meds a day for a few years now. I still have plenty of FM pain, but not the really horrid levels I had many years ago. The allergy meds could be part of that.

I'm glad you're out of the awful pain, too.
