Source naturals dibencozoide will do the trick, about 8.7 mg a pill. You can find it on iherb.

HI Determined, Yes, the Source Naturals has 10mg of adenosylb12 per tablet. As we are not comparing it to the molcular weight of cyanocbl and are not looking for equivalence in tems of number of molecules to some quantity of cyanocbl and some mythological xxx thousands of percent of cyanocbl as MDR, the the other amount is irrelevant.
