What to do if expected Methyl Trapping?

My doctor has had me stop Deplin and MethylB12. The day after I stopped I started feeling a good deal worse with new symptoms appearing.

I'm nauseous, my nerve pain has increased a lot, my joints hurt, and I have chills. My head is ringing like crazy. I'm having a hard time thinking clearly. I just want to lie down.

What should I do if my symptoms keep getting worse?

Edit: suspected, not expected

shudnt u go back on it if you were feeling better on it? Just rememeber that u need lots of mb12 to help mfolate get over the methyl trap. You need active B6 (p5p) too.
