Hello! Just wondering what time of the day people take their supplements? And which ones with food or on an empty stomach? At the moment I'm taking metafolin after breakfast and then slowly melting m-b12 and ad-b12 over the next hour or so. Sip a drink of vit c throughout the morning finishing at lunch. Then taking all other supplements at lunch except a multivitamin which I take at bedtime with my sertraline and contraceptive pill. Thanks!
