What complications can chronic actived EBV cause?

My EBV blood tests showed reactivation, and I have been sick for years, but was never tested.
My temperature was 99.1 (temporal artery), the day I had the blood test two weeks ago. Is this normal?
Today my temperature was 99.0 (oral thermometer).
