Blood results & 23andme attached. My physician was unsure of cause. He did mention genetics.

I'm 31/m. No diseases. No statins. No heart attacks. Nothing. I've been dealing with increasingly worse: panic, generalized anxiety, fatigue, dizziness and vertigo, brain fog, memory issues, overactive bladder, chest pain, side pain, restless leg syndrome (entire life, requip/other didn't help). Had none of these things ~5 years ago. They've gotten steadily worse over time. I've been to 3 physicians, 3 urologists, 2 psychiatrists, and 1 neurologist. Test after test after test. Drug after drug. Not a positive result in 15 months. Comically, the urologists all disagree with each other on why I'd have overactive bladder-- one thinks I need bladder training, one thinks I'm fine and it's due to anxiety, and one thinks I need to be put on Cipro. Probably(?) unrelated to this stuff. Frustrating.

I've ordered Jarrow 100mg Ubiquinol + PQQ & Douglas Laboratories B-Complex to start. Not sure on brands and dosing.

It my be worth noting that the only psychiatric drug I've taken that has made me feel "right" and rid of me panic attacks is Nefazadone. Possibly that can be connected to something. Unfortunately, a new psychiatrist took me off of it because it kills 1/300,000 people.

Could all of my symptoms be related? What should my next steps be?

I couldn't see your file after my smart phone installed a new app for teens called imgur??

Can you post in a more standard format?

I've been dealing with increasingly worse: panic, generalized anxiety, fatigue, dizziness and vertigo, brain fog, memory issues, overactive bladder, chest pain, side pain.

Have you been tested for POTS, which might explain the dizziness, vertigo, and overactive bladder? A dysautonomia specialist could do it. This test tests for antibodies which can cause it:

http://www.celltrend.de/cfs-diagnostics.html

I've tried IVIG, propranolol, and pyridostigmine, which have helped these symptoms.

Have you been checked for herpes family viruses, Cocksackie, Parvovirus B19, and anything else found in your geography? And have your tests been sufficient and interpreted properly. I had a case of EBV that many doctors missed, and it took the right combination of tests and a doctor who knew how to run them and interpret them to find it.

An antiviral cleared my brain fog and helped the fatigue and IVIG has helped, too.

Have you also been tested for atypical pneumonias (chlamydia, mycoplasma) and Lyme and coinfections?

As for the panic and anxiety, this can come from a disturbed gut microbiome and/or nutrient deficiencies, like folate.

A DNA based stool test, like uBiome, GI Map, or GI Effects could help you identify what's wrong with your microbiome and fuidecyou toward diet changes, probiotics, and probiotics that can help you restore gut health. Most neurotransmitters are made in the gut, so if you don't have the right bacteria to help make them, you will have brain symptoms.

For nutrient imbslances/deficiencies, a Genova Diagnostics NutrEval FMV with Amino Acids is extremely useful. There's a process called methylation that uses folate, B12, B6, B2, magnesium, potassium, and amino acids. Imbalances or deficiencies in these can lead to brain symptoms, affect how your immune system works, and a lot more. Neurotransmitter production also needs amino acids, which many of us are short in. And finally, it shows Krebs cycle function for energy production and a whole lot more.

A close family member suffered from a very serious depression and anxiety and after 22 doctors and 9 psychiatric meds didn't help, we found a functional medicine doctor who identified and fixed gut and nutrient issues which led to a complete cure with no drugs needed.

I've uploaded it along with the other results.

I've not been tested for anything mentioned in your post. Can I get most or all of these checked at a local lab in one or two goes?

My time is very limited right now and there's so much to read. Is there any simple way to identify a Doctor to work with like your family member did?

Thank you.

I would personally do a 24 hour adrenal saliva test (not blood--do saliva) and see what's up with adrenal function. Also an aldosterone test, as low aldosterone (below mid-range) can cause us to urinate a lot more.

Link didn't work for me. But it's a 4 times saliva cortisol test. ZRT is a good one. And yes about aldosterone and blood.
