Could we be acquiring bad immunity,self immunity from vaccines.If then when you encounter say EBV you react to it abnormally permanently when in latency,you could also be born with this abnormal reaction to viruses.Is there anything that can be done to correct it.Suppose im asking is there an inherited or acquired immunodeficiency here,and if everyone gets the same vaccine and we presume its safe why do only very few react badly,is it not to do with any of this but to do with tissue integrity and leaky barriers that would be genetic if you didn't form basement tissue correctly.

Vaccines do not induce immunodeficiency, though there is some discussion of vaccines inducing autoimmune disorders in the literature, though not everyone agrees with the association.
