To preface - I'm not entirely sold on lowering sulfate levels before starting any B vitamins. But having been on a similar diet for other reasons the past couple months, I figured why not see if it helps me to better tolerate the B's. I got my urine sulfate levels down to 200-600, urine pH within the range of the strips as well. Great. Started mB12 a week ago, 500mcg for a few days, then 1mg. Going well, except I noticed my urine sulfate levels shooting up to the 800 range. Anyone else experience this? Regardless of Yasko's theories, I'm intrigued at the change I'm witnessing.
