Urine colour with methylation and pyrole protocol

    Hi everyone,

    Has anyone else experienced a greenish tinge to their urine from protocols for either methylation or pyrrole?

    My naturopath doesn't seem worried and says its toxins being expelled from the detoxification process being turned back on.

    Any thoughts??

    I drink a lot and frequently go to the bathroom :/

    @olivia94 - If your naturopath thinks that "toxins" are turning your pee green while taking B vitamins, you really need a different doctor. It's very basic and well-known that certain B vitamins change the color of urine, and your naturopath is either shockingly ignorant or being dishonest in an attempt to "prove" that a treatment is working.
