Along with the left eyelid twitching for the last week I keep getting sharp deep pains for a few seconds too in my leg. Had an upper left back ache for 6 months that's causing shoulder and arm pain. Generally feel crap

@Fuzzyhead Yes, but not as frequently as in my earlier years with ME. Then, it felt like someone was driving a large spike into the same location on my left shin several times per minute. These days, the pains feel more like stabs by a sharp, fine needle, and they move around more.
