    The main thing I heard about Arginine is that it's bad if you have a virus. I don't understand why. The other thing is that it increases nitric oxide which can be good for some people, but too much NO is bad.

    he also wrote down 3 effective herbals if I didn't want to go the antibiotic route. So he is not out there trying to shove antibiotics down our throat:)
