ugh, typical, government and bureacracy will usually do ANYTHING to blame the victims, rather than negligent or criminally irresponsible companies...or in other cases, the assholes in government who *let industrial zoning be allowed BESIDE HOUSES!*
here, they used ot blame couples for having too much sex, that caused the damp and mould in houses, I kid thee not
folk and kids were gettign sick and even dying form chest problems etc
it was really because the morons had, in cold damp Scotland, built houses/multistorey flats of southern Mediterreanan design! took the bastards 30 years to admit that and a fortune to re-clad, roof, and proof the buildings.
And then the heavy industry here...they spent £100 million to clean up the massive steel works site to buidl a new town on it
LOADS O MONEY!! £££££ for the developers, hosue sellers etc
nto one penny on cleaning up the town the assholes let the factory be built right beside.
local scohol got demolished, greedy folk eager to get rid of education so they can build and sell houses...nope, permit denied! ground is poisonous, ex-metal working site
