Therapath Results for SFN?

Has anyone had a punch biopsy of their skin sent to Therapath for evaluation of small fiber neuropathy? If so, what were your results and how were they interpreted.

I had this done last month and my neurologist is having a hard time interpreting the results. She consulted another neurologist who uses therapath and that neurologist had no idea either. She told me that I had a "LOW NORMAL" result although I personally do not know the specifics of the results until my patient records are released. I've tried to look up what this means online but I haven't found any useful data. I am trying to get plasmapheresis covered by insurance and was hoping this would've helped.

Please let me know if you've had experience with therapath.
