I was first introduced to having a blog on a forum site at http://cpnhelp.org/blog/biohazard

Many of us used our blog on that site and it was a very useful tool.

Just a suggestion and It may not be for everyone, but your blog can be a place to reflect on your health and give others the benefit of your personal experience. It can also be a diary and a way to document and organize important information for yourself if for no one else. Its pretty cool that I can go back to my blog on that site and see where I was back in 2008 and what I tried back then.
