    I had previously placed a paper from Jason in the IOM Forum.

    Jason - who had reviewed/compared several criteria (see my thread HERE) had also raised the importance of being able to measure severity, currently lacking in criteria, and he also created a means to measure frequency of symptoms.

    Both measures are perhaps worth thinking about - though perhaps fall outside of the purview of the IOM review?
