The paleo Diet and supplements to treat MTHFR

    I have both of the MTHFR mutations: C677T and A1298C. I have been treating it as follows:
    High quality paleo diet
    Thorne Methyl-guard
    Vitamin D
    Neuroscience adrecor
    DHA from Nordic Naturals

    So before I know about my MTHFR issues I had been taking a supplement called Paleologixs https://gh129.infusionsoft.com/go/supplement/mthfrpaleo/ and felt awesome! I also took it with some methylated b12 and a good multi-vitamin from Thorne. Can anyone tell me if these supplements are good for restarting the methylation pathway. I have found a few basic protocols and they seem to match up pretty well. Thank you.

    How long does that stuff last? $140 is a good amount of money

    It lasts me about a month- month and a half depending on how I use it
