'I said come back tomorrow...'

seems about right. I have only ever been fobbed off by all the NHS doctors I have ever seen. Only by pulling back the curtain and looking for myself am I beginning to get answers...

And being the devil's advocate this time, i think that Dr Google sometimes may be a little alarmist.

If you type Headaches causes (every single person in the world has had a headache at some point of their life) then it shows as one of the possible causes Brain tumor. Really? For an anxious person that could be difficult to handle.

I am not opposed to seeking medical information in internet, as a matter of fact i do it, because doctors seem to be clueless about my case, BUT now I have learned that where to look is very important. I stick to medical studies and institutions pages, instead of forums posts, done by who know who.

I believe it may have been Linus Pauling's line, but as Dr. Teitelbaum puts it in From Fatigued to Fantastic 'If a doctor is not up on something, he's down on it"

Meaning unless its something the doctor has personally read or is familiar with, he will pretty much write anything else you've learned off.
