I am in US and Quest is contracted with my insurance provider. Would the following be the proper tests to ask my doctor to order and are there others I am missing? Are any of these useless or least helpful? I have a cd4-cd8 panel.

    T and B Lymphocyte Profile
    NK Cell Functional Assay
    IgG Subclasses
    Immunoglobulin Quantitative (IgA, IgG, IgM)
NK cells: cd57 (wondering about the usefulness of this test, esp given it has a inconsistent history with lyme)

    Thank you!
