Testing high for Aluminium - how do I find out where its coming from?

I've had a number of mineral hair tests now, and they all seem to point to a high aluminium content.
I don't know where this is coming from.
Is it coming from the water, or kettle, or cooking implements. I don't know how to track it down.

We don't use aluminium foil if we can help it. So, I don't think its that. Or maybe its in my system , and I can't get it out. Don't know. All I do know is that its not good for cognition, and want to eliminate it.

(I have a home steam sauna which is use occasionally, but perhaps not as often as I should.)
