    This doctor recommended milk thistle and NAC. If I remember correctly I didn't do so well on the NAC, but was okay with milk thistle. I think he sometimes used dandelion too. He used herbs and supplements from Cardiovascular Research, Thorne, and Herb Pharm because he thought they were of good quality.

    He also did one-month detoxing with the medical food Metagenics Ultraclear. You can do this on your own, but it really helps to have a doctor guide you through it.
