Symptoms - Restless Leg Syndrome

    • Crawling, Tingling, Cramping , Creeping, Pulling, Painful, Electric, Tense, Uncomfortable, Itchy, Tugging, Gnawing, Aching, Burning sensations in the calves, thighs, feet or arms
    • A desire to move or handle their legs.
    • Symptoms increase during inactivity.
    • Symptoms relieved by movement
    • Symptoms worse in the evening.
    • Nighttime leg twitching. PLMS causes you to involuntarily flex and extend your legs while sleeping

    I don't experience restless legs, but reading this is giving me a clue about an "electric" pain i get in a very specific spot on the top of my left forearm!
