My neurologist found bilateral, symmetrical, large fiber nerve conduction loss in my legs, in addition to my small fiber neuropathy, so I'll be having a spinal cord scan and nerve/muscle biopsies. Needless to say, I'm less than thrilled about the symmetrical nature of the problem. Combined with bilateral kidney scarring, dysautonomia, and everything else, I'm a bit unnerved. Is this "normal" in ME/CFS? Does our brain inflammation carry into our spinal cords? Anyone have experience with these things? Thanks!
