Supplement brands

Is there a thread which has all the latest brands of the supplements used in the Fredd protocol (at least the most needed ones). It is really hard to keep track because many threads say certain brands are no longer recommended, other threads are older and it is pretty hard to read every single one and keep it all straight. So if anyone knows where there is a list, or can post a list in this thread, it would be much appreciated.

I believe the first link in my signature has up to date brands. Also aturtles posted a blog w/ Fred's most recent comments.
