Which is more effective?
According to my research, glutathione supplements have trouble getting through the gut. S acetyl glutathione and liposomal glutathione are supposed to be the most effective.
I haven't heard of sublingual l-glutathione, but since it's sublingual, it would bypass the gut. So my vote would go for that one.
