straightforward authorative POTS article to show GP?

I want to ask my GP for a referal to the falls and syncope unit in Newcastle that have been doing and continue to do research on OI and also take referals for investigation. This can be done on the NHS.
I haven't discussed POTS with her before and now want to broach it with her.

I thought it would be good to have some information/ research handy to show her - it doesn't necesarily have to be ME related as she hasn't yet concluded that as my diagnosis so wold be good to get her to take this seriously on its own as a starting point.

Any suggestions/ links would be really appreciated.

Thanks
Jo
