Stem cell therapy can also be used in regenerative medicine. I've had 30 years of back and neck pain. My doctor of physical medicine does a stem cell technique, which I had done in early Dec.

He harvests some of the patient's bone marrow, extracts the stem cells, and combines this solution with PRP (platelet-rich plasma) from the patient's blood. He injects this combined solution into the patient's facet joints, using a machine that lets him visualize those joints as he injects.

It helped me quite a bit when I had it done in December, not as much as I wanted, but a noticeable improvement. I'm going to have this procedure done again in a couple of weeks. I wasn't going to do it again so soon, but I fainted and fell during the holidays while sick with the flu, so that really aggravated my symptoms.

hello, what is your update perchance? i have some chronic neck issues too--actually had looked into in past getting neck surgery like the type they featured recently on some CFS folks with neck stuff (but I am conservative for now) I just listened to this:
