Since CFS has kept me from being as active as my family AND since I've wanted to figure out what the heck is wrong with me and get well if possible I resorted to writing.

I wrote a book which is listed in the book section: (When Something's Wrong: How to Navigate the World of Health Care).

I just recently started a blog: http://whispersfromthefather.me/ I will be adding to it from time to time. I would appreciate any feedback for improvements or comments. Please share with others if you find it helpful.

I have also started a blog on healthy eating as my background is in nutrition. When that blog is ready I'll post it somewhere too. :)

May God encourage all of us as we journey through this awful experience of CFS.

I added a post to my blog today entitled "When the Unexpected Happens". It of course was written with my CFS illness in mind. May it encourage you. http://whispersfromthefather.me/
