Hi have some question... can you explain me? - wich Carnitine fumarate product is the best? i mean there is a suggested one as for mb12? - timing: is there a right timing in taking the supplements ( i mean b12, fumarate, adb12 and methyl) they must be taken all at once or the dose of each must be divided in to smaller doses throught out the day? - how much of carnitine fumarate should i have to take approximatly?
