So, I measured my HR again here the other evening and it was 45 just after walking down the stairs and sitting down. I guess it should have gone even lower than that after lying down and resting... I din't check because I wanted to sleep.

I wonder how much this could contribute to my fatigue. Anyways - does anyone know of some suplements (or medication) that can make the HR go up a tad? :)
