Has anyone had success with the SHINE protocol by Dr. Teitelbaum?
Personally, I don't think that Dr. Teitelbaum really understands ME/CFS. If you have general fatigue then his SHINE protocol is probably helpful, but I don't know of anyone with ME/CFS that has been helped by it.
There are some other threads here about him and his protocol. This is the most recent I think http://forums.phoenixrising.me/index.php?threads/jacob-tietelbaum.30829/#post-472030
I agree with @TigerLilea. His SHINE is maybe good to reference but that's about it. He makes it seem like it's so easy to accomplish his steps. I'm 20 years in and my sleep, his first step, is still completely screwed up.
They certainly sound helpful but I'm sure it's not easy.
He has it as a "one size fit's all program". But it just can't be.
I'd be wary of anyone who came up with an overly optomistic label for their protocal. That's a marketing ploy. Does he have a jingle ? Tc. X
yes, he seems to mean well and may have some insights and beneficial supps, not sure about him understanding big picture stuff there are a few people who I feel were lucky enough to achieve remission of a sort and assume others will also have no complications to doing their regime , Toby Morrison might be the same , Ill get back to you on that one.
