Several red dots appearing below my eyes

Hello. I have CFS, very low T and Estrogen, low thyroid, very low cortisol. Prone to fungal infections. Constantly tired, brain fog (worse lately), headaches, anhedonic low motivation depression.

I was wondering what may be happening to me lately. I been having red dots appearing near my eyelids. Several dozen very small pin like red dots scattered all over below eye area. Additionally small red rashes around various parts of the face (might be seperate issue). Today the red dots were limited to just a few, maybe 8 small ones, difficult to notice unless up close. After eating an almond crunch nature valley bar (unless coincidence) I noticed 30 minutes later a severe flare up and the dots were more prominent. At least 30+. I have had these flare ups appear, fade a bit, and appear again the past few weeks.

What might this be? I been especially dealling with difficult brain fog. What kind of infections might I be dealing with?

I do btw likely have candida, had previously fungus on my back (mostly gone w nizoral cream), but skin rashes still scattered around and dry skin problems. Scalp acne etc.

I have dust mite allergies. Possibly mold issues.

Does anyone know what the red dots might be? my walk in clinic doc had no idea. The skin specialist I seen had no idea either. Here in Canada I am used to horrible clueless doctors though.

Please, what do I test for?? I been so tired, so foggy, so miserable these past several months. I am not far from 30 and feel like so much of my life has been tossed away and now I am having these infections and keeps getting more gradually severe.

"Petechiae - Pinpoint, flat, round, red spots under the surface of the skin caused by intradermal hemorrhages"

This is likely what it is. I have had poor circulation to the face and very dark circles. Have always had circulation issues but these red dots are very new. Only in this past month. Dunno why they occurring :(

You may have made it here already, but I'll just point out this thread that deals with petechiae. It seems that you aren't alone. There's a whole lot of stuff worth reading there. Good luck finding what you need!
