secretory IgA anyone testing?

    Some secretory IgA boosters:

    Chlorella increases secretory IgA.
    Colostrum increases secretory IgA.
    Saccharomyces boulardii increases secretory IgA.
    Prebiotics FOS and Inulin increase secretory IgA.
    Probiotic Lactobacillus casei increases secretory IgA.
    Probiotic Lactobacillus plantarum increases secretory IgA.
    Echinacea reduces the exercise-induced secretory IgA decrease.


    Note that the bacterium Proteus mirabilis in the gut degrades secretory IgA to some extent.

    Anything that induces the relaxation response will also increase sIgA i.e. massages, meditation, music, nature...
