Hello, I haven't been able to find out whether seaweeds are high or low thiol.. Seems that most of the most nutritious dark leafy greens are high :/ and and hoping ot be able to count on incorporating more seaweed into my diet. Never thought I'd have the problem of eating TOO MANY dark leafy greens, haha! tHanks for your help.

One thing I forgot about seaweed is the iodine in it. I don't remember specifics but you might want to look into that if that is a concern.

I'm just trying to find out if seaweed is a high thiol food. Is iodine related to sulfur?...
