Paradise herbs brand, I open the capsules under my tongue. Increased libido, better mood, more beard, harder muscles, and more energy (all of these effects are subtle but noticeable). Royal jelly is anabolic.

I take two a day. I suppose for females would be great too!

I haven´t tried the fresh one, nope. This one is raw though, and I don´t eat the capsules, I put the powder under my tongue. I don´t know where to get the fresh one.
