I was born in the SA, both my children drank only rooibos tea as babies and tots apart from their milk...it did not calm my daughter down, she started walking at the end of 8months!!

I have been drinking Rooibos tea for over 10 years now. I started when I had so many problems with my stomach (IBS, gastritis) and found it more soothing than traditional tea - I didn't know about its other properties though.
