I would start with some basics: - A good multi, perhaps Thorne Basic Nutrients - NAC and Milk Thistle for the liver - ALA and Carnitine for mitochondria - Digestive enzymes; I like Now Super Enzymes as they also include ox bile and HCL. - Essential fatty acids: fish oil and phospholipids - SAM-e is good for methylation, if money is an issue try TMG instead Probiotics are hit-or-miss in my opinion. Oregano oil is pretty good at killing bugs. I'm not a fan of the recommended 5-HTP, but inositol and GABA is very safe.
