I am seeing my doctor again soon, and I am hoping to come away with a prescription for ritalin. I have ADD and I've taken it in the past, so I know it does work for me.
I'm wondering what effect it has on the methylation cycle? I know it is a methyl donor, and it works as a dopamine reuptake inhibitor, and a norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor.

Should I adjust my supplements whilst taking ritalin?

I currently take venlafaxine 375mg daily, plus the following supplements -

Cytoplan Wholefood Multi - Mutivitamin & Mineral containing 6mcg methylcobalamin and 400mcg methylfolate.
Doctors Best Phosphatidyl serine
Lecithin
Opti3 Omega 3 EPA & DHA with added D3
Lithium Orotate
L lysine (to help prevent the cold sores)
Q10
D ribose
Magnesium Malate
Methylfolate 1600mcg
Methylcobalamin 2000mcg
