Relationship between MTHFR or COMT and sex hormones?

Is there a relationship between the negative affects of COMT gene mutations or MTHFR and low testosterone..
I'm wondering if any of these gene mutations cause a drop in Testosterone?

Thanks

@dominover I looked around and folic acid seems to be able to lower serum testosterone (especially in males) with high cholesterol. That's as far as I could go, so far. I didn't get to the comt genes or why the high cholesterol.

But this is interesting.
