Red blood cells

    Does anyone with CFS have a high red blood cell count?

    No I have a low count but that is due to the fact that mine are too small. I know someone who has a high count. Hope she sees this thread.

    slightly yes, and also high hemoglobin and hematocrit

    Yes, always out of range RBC absolute count, and my HB is in the higher nromal range, for a normal hematocrit.
    Interestingly my iron study shows I am very much iron deficient despite supplementation.
